Carlos M. Mejia is the Owner and President of Mejia & Associates, Inc., an M&A advisory and business brokerage firm dedicated to helping business owners maximize the value of their companies through strategic transactions.
With more than 17 years of experience advising entrepreneurs, investors, and privately held companies, Carlos specializes in guiding business owners through the complex process of selling their businesses, preparing for exit, or growing through acquisitions. His work focuses on identifying qualified buyers, structuring transactions, and managing negotiations to achieve successful outcomes for his clients.
Carlos holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in International Business from Florida International University, and has extensive consulting experience in both the United States and South America. Through his affiliation with XL Business Brokers, he has participated in numerous transactions across a variety of industries, working closely with founders and investors to facilitate smooth and confidential business sales.
